CSO Partners believes that the path to inclusive growth in India is through active participation of a wide variety of players, especially civil society organizations (CSOs). By engaging at various levels with diverse groups, including governments, corporate bodies and individuals, CSO Partners seeks to adopt four broad roles:

Providing a Connecting Platform to various civil society organizations
Being an Incubator of social innovations
Providing Advisory Services to NGOs and Corporates
CSO Partners worked with ICICI Bank on an educational initiative "Read to Lead" to bridge gaps in the access to formal schooling for a large number of children from disadvantaged backgrounds. read more
In order to tackle the 2008 floods in Bihar, Orissa and Assam, CSO Partners developed appropriate opportunities for various contributors—including government‚ corporate bodies and individuals—to engage with civil society organizations in a process that benefited all stakeholders.

CSO Partners helped set up a social venture capital fund for the employees of ICICI Ventures – India’s Largest Private Equity Fund, that would provide credit to micro-businesses in remote areas that do not have easy access to finance. read more
CSO Partners designed an employee engagement programme for ICICI’s Phone Banking Unit in Thane. This programme was designed to help expand and enrich employee engagement; acknowledge and engage active social contributors, and promote identified change makers to be instrumental in engaging more employees. read more
Being India’s most respected conglomerate, JUSCO had proposed to initiate a number of CSR programmes in communities located around three recently established project sites. CSO Partners worked with JUSCO for conducting a community needs assessment study in these three areas. read more
