Leadership Programme

The objective of inclusive growth requires among other factors, a body of enlightened individuals who are responsible leaders sensitive to the needs and dynamics of equitable development. Despite a large pool of talent among graduate youth, one of the biggest challenges for the development sector in India is to attract and develop talented individuals who can strengthen the efforts and impact of organisations working for development.

CSO Partners helped design and launch the ICICI Fellowship programme, a high-profile leadership programme to attract India's top emerging talent, equip them with intensive and relevant training and deploy them in management capacity in credible civil society organisations (CSOs).  more

Read to Lead Programme

CSO Partners worked with ICICI Bank on an educational initiative “Read to Lead”. ICICI Bank initiated the project to bridge gaps in access to formal schooling experienced by a large number of children from disadvantaged backgrounds. The initiative aims to reach out to 100,000 children through different voluntary organisations, facilitating formal schooling, bridge courses and supplemental teaching-learning material. The Read to Lead initiative is coordinated by the corporate team of ICICI Bank and the ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth, through its partner organization, the ICICI Centre for Elementary Education, CSO Partners and Give India. Support provided by CSO Partners includes strategizing, identification and selection of NGOs, designing a monitoring system, recommending and facilitating fund disbursal through Give India.
