I have been associated with Social & Human development sector for last 15 years. Have about 8  years experience in conducting Social & Ethical audits, Fair Trade compliance in various industries, organic farming, sustainable business practices in the value chain and worked closely with Corporate Social Responsibility programme of international companies. Poverty foot print, livelihood programmes and providing trainings to NGO.  Some of the other areas of experience are Human rights issues, Orphanage, Slum Dwellers, Domestic workers, Social Advocacy, Legal aid, Street children in Mumbai, with various Labour and Human Resources issues by working in a medium sized company in the Personnel Department.

I am a Marketing and Communication professional with over 14 years corporate and NGO blended experience.  In my tenure with various organizations including Actionaid India, HP and Akamai Technologies, my role was to build a strategic plan to enhance visibility for these organizations amongst the stakeholder, media and analyst community.  
 

I have in-depth experience in being the single point contact as a communicator. Communication activities are focussed on building and positioning the  organisation’s image internally and externally. This is achieved through a strategic plan which balances a strong mix of corporate and recruitment branding, field marketing, corporate communication and managing AR/ PR relationships.
