ICICI Ventures: Developed corporate connect programme that offered its employees a variety of social engagement opportunities with the communities for giving and volunteering by creating a social fund that helps them support and invest in micro businesses and BOP innovations.

JUSCO: Community needs assessment in three of its project intervention states. Based on the community reflection and multi stakeholder analyses, CSR programmes were proposed for the communities living in the catchment area of the plants.

ICICI Lombard: Strategic support in designing CSR - Involved in developing a general health and road safety programme for truckers - the biggest customer segment of the client. The intent was to provide holistic wellbeing support to their main customer segment.

ICICI Group of Companies: Helped ICICI Group of companies to support victims of the flood in 2008. CSO Partners was involved in strategizing the programme and its implementation, drafting the partnership strategy, identifying the implementing and anchoring organization, and designing and developing a monitoring and reporting system.

ICICI Group Global Private Clients: Helped the bank to design and develop targeted programmes to sensitize its HNI customers and provide them with opportunities for giving and volunteering.

Apollo Tyres: Supported their CSR by helping them with community needs assessment, issue analysis, programme formulation and partnership strategy.

CII – South India: Anchored strategy development of their CSR. This involved research and stakeholder consultations.

ICICI Phone Banking: Designed a programme that helped expand and enrich employee engagement; acknowledged and engaged active social contributors; promoted identified change makers to be instrumental in engaging more employees through various forms of giving/ social engagement opportunities.

ICICI Bank: CSO Partners worked with the ICICI Bank on an educational initiative  - Read to Lead - which was initiated to bridge gaps in access to formal schooling experienced by a large number of children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Support provided by CSO Partners included strategy development, identification and selection of NGOs, designing a monitoring system, and recommending and facilitating fund disbursal through Give India.
